Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of SiteLens, a service of CtrlSync (Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 81086334), located at Moeder Theresastraat 5, Veenendaal, the Netherlands ("we", "SiteLens"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SiteLens is a SaaS dashboard that aggregates and visualizes Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights data for websites you connect. Agency accounts can additionally offer end clients a limited, read-only client portal.

2. Account & use

You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You may only connect SiteLens to Google accounts/websites you're authorized to grant access to (your own websites, or client websites where the client has agreed to it).

3. Trial period

New accounts get a 14-day trial with full access. After the trial ends, an active subscription is required to keep using the dashboard; your data is retained and becomes available again immediately once you subscribe.

4. Subscriptions & payment

SiteLens offers paid subscriptions (Solo and Agency) billed monthly via our payment processor Stripe. Prices are listed on your account's settings page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time via your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for periods already elapsed.

Every subscription has a maximum number of websites you can connect. If a downgrade puts you under your current website count, existing connections keep working; you can only add new websites once you're back under the limit of your (new) subscription.

5. Availability

We strive for a reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. SiteLens depends on the availability of Google's APIs; outages there can cause delayed or missing data beyond our control.

6. Liability

SiteLens is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profit arising from use of the service. Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event that caused the damage.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to the SiteLens software and brand name belong to CtrlSync. You retain all rights to your own website data; we use it solely to deliver the service to you (see our privacy policy).

8. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. For material changes, we notify active users by email or via a notice in the dashboard, with reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. We prefer to resolve disputes through mutual consultation first, via thomas@ctrlsync.nl.
